№ 03Why Book Direct

The same RV. A different arrangement.

Marketplaces work fine for a fleet. For a single, family-owned motorhome, we think booking direct simply works better. Here is the honest comparison.

Direct

Nature RV

Typical

A marketplace listing

Who hands you the keys

The family that owns the Majestic, in person.

Often a cleaner, an agent, or a lockbox.

What you pay

The price we quote you, in writing — nothing added after.

Listed nightly rate plus service fees and booking fees.

The walkthrough

Roughly 45 minutes, every system explained before you leave.

A printed sheet, sometimes — if you are lucky.

When something goes wrong

You call us. The owners answer the phone.

You open a support ticket and wait in a queue.

The vehicle's history

We can tell you everything — service, repairs, what is new.

Frequently unknown, even to the platform.

Honestly, if a marketplace booking suits your trip better, take it — we would rather you travel happy than feel pushed. But if you want to know exactly who you are renting from, this is the straightforward way to do it.

№ 04 · Our Story

Why Nature RV exists.

— The owner family

We did not set out to run a rental business. We bought the Majestic for our own family — a way to get the children to Algonquin without booking flights, hotels, or anyone else's schedule.

It sat in the driveway more than we used it. A motorhome that sits is a motorhome that ages badly, so we made a decision. Rather than let it depreciate quietly, we would lend it to other families and use the income to keep it properly maintained.

That is the whole story. There is no fleet, no franchise, no call centre. When you book the Majestic, you are dealing with the family that owns it. We hand you the keys ourselves, we walk you through every switch and valve, and we answer the phone if something is not right on the road.

It is a 2007 vehicle and we will never pretend otherwise. The wood and the fabric show their years. But it is clean, it is mechanically sound, and it is handed over the right way. We think that matters more than a showroom finish — and we will tell you up front so you can decide for yourself.

№ 05Destinations

Five Ontario routes the Majestic suits.

These are trips we know — places the 30-foot length, the slide-out, and the boats on board genuinely earn their keep.

01

Algonquin≈ 2 hr 30 min north of the GTA

Two hours of highway, then the canopy closes in. The living-room slide makes the evenings roomy after a day on the water, and the inflatable boats go straight onto Lake of Two Rivers.

02

Bruce Peninsula & Tobermory≈ 3 hr 30 min northwest

Grotto-blue water and a long drive up the peninsula. The paddleboards earn their place here. Book the campground early — the Bruce fills up well ahead of summer.

03

Killarney≈ 4 hr 30 min north

Quartzite ridges and the white La Cloche hills. A longer haul, better suited to the 5-plus-night rate. Quiet, dark skies — a place to settle in for a full week.

04

The Thousand Islands≈ 3 hr east along the St. Lawrence

River towns, easy launches for the boats, and flat, gentle driving. A good first trip for a first-time renter still getting used to 30 feet behind them.

05

The Pinery & Grand Bend≈ 2 hr 45 min southwest

Lake Huron sunsets and wide sand beaches on the southwest shore. Close enough for a short stay, and the pop-up canopy comes into its own on the dunes.

№ 06What's Included

Handed over the right way.

Four things come with every rental, at no extra charge. They are the difference between a vehicle and a trip that is ready to start.

i.

The handover

Roughly 45 minutes, in person. Every system, every valve, every switch. You leave knowing how the Majestic works.

ii.

Bedding & kitchen

Linens, pillows and blankets. Cookware, cutlery, dishes, kettle and a coffee maker — the kitchen is ready to cook in.

iii.

The gear

Two inflatable boats with a small fishing motor, two paddleboards with a pump, and a pop-up canopy. No add-on fees.

iv.

Us, on the phone

If something is not right on the road, you call the family that owns the RV — not a ticket queue.

№ 07On Board

What travels with you.

Eight things already on board the Majestic — water gear, comfort, and connectivity. Nothing here is an upsell.

01

Two inflatable boats

Both inflatable boats, plus a small fishing motor — on the water within minutes of arriving.

02

Two paddleboards

A pair of inflatable stand-up paddleboards, pump included. Quiet mornings on flat water.

03

Pop-up canopy

A pop-up outdoor tent and canopy — shade at the campsite, shelter on the beach.

04

New roof A/C

A brand-new roof air-conditioning unit, installed in 2026. The one part of the RV that is not 2007.

05

Three Smart TVs

Smart TVs in the front lounge, the bedroom, and the cab-over bunk.

06

Internet & IPTV

An on-board cellular router and an IPTV streaming box — for the stretches with a signal.

07

Full bathroom

A proper full bath — a separate shower stall, toilet and vanity. Not a wet bath.

08

Full kitchen

A 3-burner propane stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and full sink. A real galley.

№ 09Honest Notes

What we'll tell you up front.

Four things we would rather you read here than discover at the campsite. If any of them is a deal-breaker, better to know now.

i.

It is a 2007 model

Mechanically maintained and kept clean. But the interior wood, fabrics and trim show their age. If you want a 2024 showroom finish, this is honestly not that rental.

ii.

Fuel economy is modest

The Triton 6.8L V10 returns roughly 7–9 mpg under typical conditions. It is worth budgeting for fuel on the longer routes north.

iii.

It is a large vehicle

Thirty feet. No special licence is required in Ontario, but first-time renters should plan a slow, short first day to get used to the size.

iv.

Smoke-free; pets by conversation

The Majestic is strictly smoke-free. Pets are considered case-by-case — a quick conversation with us and a small cleaning surcharge.

№ 10Pickup & Location

Collected in the Greater Toronto Area.

Standard pickup and return is the Greater Toronto Area. We meet you in person for the handover walkthrough — roughly 45 minutes — before you take the keys.

Travelling from elsewhere in Ontario? Alternate handover locations can be arranged. Ask us when you enquire and we will tell you honestly what is workable.

№ 12Questions

Asked & answered.

The eight questions renters ask us most often — answered the same way we would answer them on the phone.

No. In Ontario, a standard G licence is enough to drive the Majestic — no special endorsement is required. That said, it is 30 feet long. We recommend first-time renters plan a slow, short first day to get comfortable with the size before any long highway stretch.

Standard pickup is in the Greater Toronto Area. We meet you in person and walk you through the whole vehicle — roughly 45 minutes covering every system, valve and switch — before you drive away. Alternate Ontario handover locations can be arranged; just ask when you enquire.

A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup and returned after the RV comes back in good order. The exact amount is confirmed with you in writing, along with your final quote, before you arrive — never a surprise on the day.

Yes. The two inflatable boats and small fishing motor, the two paddleboards and pump, and the pop-up canopy all travel with the RV at no extra charge. So do the linens, pillows, blankets and a full set of cookware. There is no add-on menu.

Please ask us first. Most trips stay within Ontario, where we know the routes well. If you have a destination further afield in mind, raise it when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether it works for your dates.

Possibly — pets are considered case-by-case. It takes a quick conversation with us and a small cleaning surcharge. The Majestic is strictly smoke-free, with no exceptions.

It is a 2007 Majestic on a Ford E-450 chassis. It is mechanically maintained, kept current on service, and clean — and the roof air-conditioning unit is brand new for 2026. The interior wood, fabrics and trim do show their age, and we would rather tell you that here than have you discover it on arrival.

Send us your dates through the inquiry form. We reply with availability and an indicative price, then a final quote in writing. Nothing is paid until you have that written quote and are happy with it. The refundable deposit is handled at pickup.
